GitHub Copilot

Download Exeora's independent plugin for GitHub Copilot app, Copilot CLI and VS Code, with three skills and remote MCP.

On this page

This package brings Exeora remote tools and three adapted skills to GitHub Copilot. It uses the officially supported Agent Plugins 1.0 format and is separate from the pure Agent Plugin download. This guide concerns GitHub Copilot, not Microsoft 365 Copilot.

GitHub Copilot

Version 1.0.0 · Remote MCP + 3 skills

Download GitHub Copilot ZIP

SHA-256 checksum · Package details · All five distributions

Copilot CLI#

Extract the verified ZIP into a dedicated exeora-copilot folder, with plugin.json directly at its root. Install that directory:

copilot plugin install ./exeora-copilot

Repository installation is also supported after these files reach main:

copilot plugin install leynier/exeora:plugins/exeora-copilot

Inspect /mcp. If the server needs authorization, use /mcp auth <advertised-server-name> and follow the browser flow, then ask Exeora to list authorized projects. These are directory/repository installs; direct ZIP import is not documented.

GitHub Copilot app#

Open Customize > Plugins. Use the marketplace control to add https://github.com/leynier/exeora, then find exeora-copilot and select Install. The repository's .github/plugin/marketplace.json points to this package. Complete the host's MCP connection prompts separately. See the app guide; it documents repository marketplaces rather than arbitrary ZIP upload.

VS Code#

Open Extensions and search @agentPlugins, or use Chat: Open Customizations > Plugins. If permitted, add this repository through the documented chat.plugins.marketplaces setting and install the entry. VS Code also documents discovery of Copilot CLI installs from ~/.copilot/installed-plugins/. Review existing organization policy and plugin support; this package does not change them.

Use the VS Code plugin guide for your installation interface. Plugin inventories and authentication can differ between surfaces; seeing a CLI install in VS Code does not prove OAuth there.

The Exeora image is included as a README asset and shown on this download card. The reviewed GitHub plugin reference, authoring guide and VS Code plugin guide define no plugin logo/icon/interface manifest field. The documented com.github.copilot namespace does not establish image support. This package adds no invented image fields and makes no promise about catalog rendering.

Remote connection and limits#

The standard root mcp.json declares streamable-http at https://exeora.dev/mcp, without credentials, headers or native OAuth fields. The host manages authentication. Exeora paths and commands operate on the selected remote workspace, which can differ from Copilot's local or cloud-agent checkout.

Build/schema/download tests verify the package. Installation, skill loading and real OAuth remain unverified in all three surfaces and require separate acceptance with a successful Exeora read. No account credentials, grants, persistent permissions or managed settings were changed. See official plugin support and the bundled README.
