Terms of service

Exeora is operated by Leynier Gutiérrez González, an individual based in Mexico. Using the service, the CLI or this site means accepting these terms. Questions about them go to hello@exeora.dev.

What the service does

Exeora connects an MCP client to a directory on a machine you control. The Exeora CLI, which you install and run yourself, opens an outbound connection to the gateway and executes the tool calls that arrive on it inside the project directory you registered.

A new project allows everything. Until you set a policy on it, any AI client you authorize against that project can run anything inside its directory, on that machine, as the user account running the CLI. The dashboard can restrict a project to reading only, or to a named list of commands, and can ask you to confirm every change before it runs.

Confirmation reaches only clients that speak MCP 2026-07-28. On a client speaking the 2025 protocol, a call that would need confirming is refused rather than run unconfirmed. Register only directories you are willing to let an agent change, and revoke a machine from the dashboard the moment you want it to stop.

Your account and your machines

• You are responsible for what runs on your machines through Exeora, including anything an AI client you authorized causes to run.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure, and for the machines and directories you choose to register.
• You may only register machines and directories you are entitled to give access to. If a machine belongs to an employer or a client, that is their decision to make, not yours alone.
• You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. It takes every machine, project, authorization and activity record with it, and cannot be undone.

What you may not do

• Use the service to reach a machine or a directory you are not authorized to reach.
• Attempt to use one account to reach another's projects, machines, tokens or activity records.
• Use the service to break the law where you are, or where the machine is.
• Deliberately overload the gateway, or work around the rate limits it applies.

An account doing any of these may be suspended without notice. Where the problem is a mistake rather than intent, expect to be told about it first.

Availability

The service is provided as it is, with no uptime commitment. It may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Nothing here is offered as a guarantee that a tool call will succeed, that a machine will be reachable, or that a command will finish.

The CLI is published as @exeora/cli under the MIT licence, and its own licence text governs it. These terms cover the hosted service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Exeora is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the service, including data loss, changes made to a repository by an AI client, commands run on a machine, or time spent undoing either. The service executes what it is asked to execute; deciding what to ask for is yours.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may change. The date above says when they last did. A change that materially reduces what you can expect will be announced in the dashboard before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, and any dispute arising from them falls to the competent courts of Mexico.
